Q: What should I report for item 4. ARRA Actual (Carry-forward of FY 2009 funds for FY 2010 programs) in Section A?
A: You should subtract Actual ARRA expenditures from your Total FY 09-10 ARRA Award Amount. The remaining balance should be reported as carry-forward for FY 2010.
