Question: In 1.2k should I include Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) only, or both DOE WAP and LIHEAP heating system repairs?

Answer: 1.2k refers to the Department of Energy's Weatherization Assistance Program specifically. Only include DOE WAP in 1.2k.
